Handyman/Home Project Services

Individual Projects--

                   For those clients looking for help with a specific handyman/home project, we offer a wide selection of services. We work with no minimum size requirement on projects, no matter how small a task may be, we are always available. All of our individual projects begin with a free written estimate and a firm timeline for a start date thru to completion. Three Service Plans – Monthly, Seasonal or Senior

1.    Monthly Service Plan - Our most popular option is the Monthly Service Plan. Our clients have a choice between the “Standard” or “Premium” version. The standard version involves a monthly “A” to “Z” checkup of all the various safety and mechanical systems in the home. The premium version has some added popular features and includes our seasonal maintenance plan as well. Complete details and pricing can be found by clicking on the “Service Plans” tab above.

2.    Seasonal Maintenance Plan--The Seasonal Maintenance Plan is another option. At the beginning of each new season, Arlington Home Service completes a series of season specific inspections and tasks to ensure our clients homes are prepared for all they must endure throughout the year. 3.    Senior Assistance Plan--Arlington Home Service also offers a, “Senior Assistance” Plan. This plan is available to anyone 65 years or older. The plan offers the same features as our Premium Monthly plan only with a lower price. Please click on the “Service Plans” tab above and scroll down for the details and pricing. We also offer a 35% Senior Citizen discount on any Individual Project no matter how large or small.

“Green Home” Program

We at Arlington Home Service believe, that the greatest environmental impact each of us, on a personal level can achieve, is to reduce our homes use of energy. Our Green Home Program offers a number of different projects, intended to reduce the energy footprint of our client’s homes, which, along with helping the environment, leaves more money in their pockets at the end of each month.
